Once upon a time East Harbor was a great spot to get Sushi. For me, there Chinese food selection were always a bit sub par, but the Sushi and Japanese offerings more than made up for it. In the last couple of years, however, this place has really gone down the tubes.Let's start with the delivery drivers. They are just plan rude and nasty. They really don't care if you get the correct order in a timely fashion. We waited one night for over an hour before calling back just to be informed that the driver's car died and they were waiting for someone else to come in. Our food arrived about 2 hours after the ordering and it was completely cold. The driver wasn't the least bit apologetic. Another time we ordered delivery and the driver had the gall to complain about his $4 tip, on a $15 order.When you go in the front of house staff is less than attentive. That would be okay, because, it's not a huge deal and the waitstaff is nice enough, but the food has taken a huge nose dive in the last two years. The spicy tuna rolls, which were among my favorites in town, tasted fishy the last time I ate here, and the Boston roll, was so dry I could barely choke it down with water. The Chinese offerings have always been less than great, but as of late the vegetables have been soggy, the rice has been stale and it has been underwhelming at best.Overall, this used to be a great place to get sushi, but not anymore. I'd avoid it in favor of one of the other Sushi spots in the area, like Great Wall.

Honestly, worst sushi I have ever had! And I eat A LOT of sushi.We ordered delivery on a Sunday night. Placed the order at 5:40, at 7:00, the order still hadn't come. We called to check on it. They said it would arrive soon. It came about 20 minutes later. So in total we waited over an hour and a half.First thing we noticed was the edamame was cold - I had to throw it in the microwave. Then they forgot the extra sides we asked for.When we finally started eating the sushi, it was absolutely disgusting! I tried one piece of each roll just to give it a chance, and I couldn't even finish. Needless to say, we just threw the rest out. What a waste.If all that wasn't enough, I have been awake since 2AM, presumably with food poisoning. We will NOT be ordering from here again.

What happened to this place? We ordered several dishes from here and nothing positive! Dry soggy lo mein, droopy sesame chicken, fatty ribs, desert dry egg rolls, chewy chicken...agggghhhh as my mom described it, it tastes like they cooked it all in old used oil
